  • Shipping Methods & Timeframes: We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout, so you can choose what works best for you. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Where We Ship: We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union, the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We're working hard to expand our reach—sign up for our newsletter for updates on new locations!

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $150, and for other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Australia and New Zealand: 2-7 working days

    • Standard International: 8-12 working days (subject to local customs checks)

    • Note: During busy times like Black Friday or the holiday season, deliveries may take a little longer due to high demand.
